Chief Executive Officer
Simon comes with over 30 years’ environmental experience in the energy industry creating agile, differentiating services for delivery of growth. He founded Stratov8, which uses innovation strategies to inspire business transformation. He has designed and developed a comprehensive range of processes to generate ideas and opportunities to challenge the status quo. His skillset will ensure executive leadership and a culture of future sustainability is embedded throughout the business.
Head of Sustainability
Steve boasts an extensive professional history spanning multiple roles in business development, operations and sales within the oil and gas industry. Beginning his career over 20 years ago with Weatherford, Steve climbed the ranks of several organisations gaining a real time understanding of oil and gas client needs within the context of the energy transition.
Sales and Marketing Lead
Robbie Smith-Sinclair has built his career within Sureclean, progressing from a Trainee Project Manager to his current position as Sales and Marketing Lead. With a strong background in project delivery, client engagement and strategic communications, Robbie plays a key role in strengthening Sureclean’s market position and driving business growth.
He leads the creation of proposals, marketing materials and client campaigns that highlight the company’s technical capability and commitment to sustainability. His hands-on experience, combined with certifications including BOSIET, ADR, IMO and WJA, provides a solid understanding of operational excellence and environmental responsibility. Robbie’s proactive approach and industry insight ensure Sureclean continues to deliver safe, sustainable and innovative solutions across all areas of operation.
Operational Excellence Engineer
Reece Gibb is an Operational Excellence (OpEx) Engineer with a strong background in business transformation and process improvement. With experience leading consultant teams and delivering large-scale projects for major companies and public sector organisations, he specialises in developing smarter, more efficient ways of working.
His expertise in digital workplace strategy and user-centred innovation helps organisations identify inefficiencies and design streamlined systems that deliver measurable results. At Sureclean, Reece plays a key role in advancing operational performance, embedding data-driven improvements and fostering a culture of continuous innovation. His strategic insight and practical experience will be instrumental in enhancing Sureclean’s efficiency, agility and long-term growth.
Head of Business Deveopment
Ryan joined the industry in 2001 working as a trainee Drilling Engineer and progressing his way up to Drilling Supervisor. He has worked for various well management companies, major North Sea operators, Drilling Contractors, and Tier 1 service provider.
Ryan leads business growth and strategic expansion across UK and international markets. He develops client-centric solutions, forging key partnerships and securing high value clients. He is responsible for revenue generation, strategic planning, and commercial leadership.
Ryan holds an MBA in Oil and Gas Management and is a Chartered Petroleum Engineer.
