Simon Gibb

Simon comes with over 30 years’ environmental experience in the energy industry creating agile, differentiating services for delivery of growth. He founded Stratov8, which uses innovation strategies to inspire business transformation. He has designed and developed a comprehensive range of processes to generate ideas and opportunities to challenge the status quo. His skillset will ensure executive leadership and a culture of future sustainability is embedded throughout the business.

Sales and Marketing Lead

Robbie Smith-Sinclair

Robbie leads Sales and Marketing for Sureclean, driving market strategy, client relationships and business growth across the UKCS. Having progressed from a Trainee Project Manager, he now plays a central role in positioning complex decommissioning preparation, industrial cleaning and NORM decontamination scopes across the energy sector.

Robbie develops and secures high-value opportunities with operators and service partners, shaping competitive proposals, partnership models and commercial cases that demonstrate Sureclean’s capability, efficiency and modern, solutions-led approach. His work spans major offshore projects, decommissioning campaigns and integrated NORM and cleaning scopes where precision, efficiency and innovation-led delivery are essential.

Supported by a Cambridge qualification in Business Sustainability Management, Robbie brings a strategic understanding of environmental impact, waste reduction and evolving industry expectations. This commercial insight enables him to articulate clear value propositions and build trusted, long-term relationships across the industry.

 

 

Operational Excellence Engineer

Reece Gibb

Reece Gibb is an Operational Excellence (OpEx) Engineer with a strong background in business transformation and process improvement. With experience leading consultant teams and delivering large-scale projects for major companies and public sector organisations, he specialises in developing smarter, more efficient ways of working.

His expertise in digital workplace strategy and user-centred innovation helps organisations identify inefficiencies and design streamlined systems that deliver measurable results. At Sureclean, Reece plays a key role in advancing operational performance, embedding data-driven improvements and fostering a culture of continuous innovation. His strategic insight and practical experience will be instrumental in enhancing Sureclean’s efficiency, agility and long-term growth.

Steve boasts an extensive professional history spanning multiple roles in business development, operations and sales within the oil and gas industry. Beginning his career over 20 years ago with Weatherford, Steve climbed the ranks of several organisations gaining a real time understanding of oil and gas client needs within the context of the energy transition.
