Containerised Jetting Units

Fully certified, diesel driven, positive displacement pump units rated for manned operation in Zone II Hazardous Areas. Both High Pressure and Ultra High Pressure up to 2750 bar (40,000 psi) options available, including twin gun operation. ATEX compliant. 

The design and layout of our units to incorporate all the necessary safety features, they are self bunding with either a CAT or Volvo Diesel Marine Engine fitted with Pyroban Safety Accessories.

The pump is from the Hammelmann Series; HDP 110, 120 and 160 which provides the flexibility of variable pressures and flows.

We have NORSOK and Twin Gun options available.

Containerised Jetting Units - High Capacity

Fully certified, diesel driven pumping unit, positive displacement pump for manned operation in Zone II Hazardous Areas. Both High Pressure and Ultra High Pressure options available, the units are built to NORSOK standards and are ATEX Compliant.

Self Bunding the design and layout of the units incorporate all the necessary safety features, fitted with a CAT Diesel Marine Engine complete with complimentary Pyroban Safety Accessories and a Hammelmann HDP 360 series pump.

Skid Mounted Electric Jetting Units

Fully certified, electrically driven, positive displacement pump units for manned operation in Zone I Hazardous areas with both High Pressure and Ultra High Pressure up to 2000bar options available.
The units are NORSOK compliant, incorporate all the necessary safety features and are fitted with an Eexd 37kw electric motor and either a Hammelmann HDP 30 or 50 pump.

Skid Mounted Electric Hot Wash Jetting Units

Fully certified, electrically driven, positive displacement pump units for manned operation in Zone I Hazardous areas.

The units are NORSOK compliant, incorporate all the necessary safety features and are fitted with a 7.5kw electric motor and a 40kw heater. ATEX compliant.

Designed with a working pressure of up to 175bar the units can deliver water up to a temperature of 70°C with normal working temperature set at 55°C.

Trailer Mounted Jetting Units

Fully certified, diesel driven, positive displacement pump units for manned operation in hazardous areas with both High Pressure and Ultra High Pressure up to 2750bar options available.

The units incorporate all the necessary safety features including amongst others, chalwyn valve, air starter, spark arrestor fitted with a Volvo Penta Diesel Engine and either a Hammelmann pump providing variable pressures and flows. Because of their mobility (towable) they are extensively used within petro-chemical sites and power stations.
