Waste Material Transfer Solutions - Hydraulic Pumping
To complement our extensive range of Vacuum Transfer Systems and traditional pneumatic pumping solutions, we also operate a range of Hydraulic and Pneumatic Pumping Solutions from our equipment inventory.
Hydraulic Driven ATEX approved Rotary Lobe Pumps which are designed for bulk material transfer. Of a compact design suitable and detachable from transit frame for entry into a standard man way, they are completely reversible and are capable of pumping materials with SG of up to 2 to a height of 50 metres at a flow of up to 10m3 per hour.
The Lobe Pumps can be used in tandem with Vacuum Transfer equipment as well as being a viable alternative when vacuum transfer is not the ideal solution. The addition of the Lobe Pumps provides both Sureclean and by extension, our clients, with enhanced material transfer solutions.
Archimedes Screw Pumps for Sludge Transfer Operations
We have added Hydraulic Driven Archimedes Screw Pumps to our armoury as an addition to the range of Hydraulic pumps designed for bulk material transfer. The compact design is suited for deployment through man ways down to 0.4m diameter. Relatively lightweight with maximum flow rate of 30m3 per hour and a maximum discharge pressure of 10bar. Powered by a Zone II Hydraulic Power Pack the Archimedes Screw Pump give added versatility to the pumping systems required for particularly difficult sludge transfer operations.
The Screw Pump can be used as an alternative to the Lobe Pump for transfer of viscous materials, adding an extra dimension to the suite of pumping capabilities.
Our jet pumps rely on a Venturi effect to create a secondary flow, have no moving parts but achieves its purpose by employing specially designed venturi nozzles to convert high pressure water energy to velocity and back again. We have a number of pumps available to suit a range of different applications.
Diaphragm Pumps (Pneumatic)
We have a range of air operated diaphragm pumps ranging in sizes to optimise and provide variable flow rates. Amongst our fleet we have aluminum, stainless steel, cast and polypropylene options which allow us to pump a diverse range of chemicals and materials.
A centrifugal pump is a rotodynamic pump that uses a rotating impellar to increase the velocity of a fluid. With both diesel and electrical options available our centrifugal pumps are commonly used to move liquids and slurries through a piping system. Skid mounted and powered by an electric motor the pumps have an optimum flow rate of 180m3/hr.
