IIP Specialist Irene MacDonald who undertook the assessment commended Sureclean on the considerable improvements made since the IIP review visit in 2010 and commented that she was extremely pleased with the 'cultural changes' which have occured over the last 12-15 months.
Clare Duguid, HR Officer who coordinated the review, commented that the feedback received from the review has been extremely positive and the assessor identified a broad range of areas where our management systems have developed and strengthened.
