From the time of the management buy-in in 1998 by the current Directors, considerable investment has been placed in people and specialist equipment to enable Sureclean to provide solutions to fundamental issues of waste management, environmental safety and industrial efficiency.

John M Barron - Managing Director
John led the management buy-in in 1998 and he holds the most senior position in the company, setting company policy and strategy and leading the senior management
John has a successful track record in the establishment and development of businesses; and has gained practical experience in all aspects of management. With over 20 years industry experience, primarily in operational, technical and strategic roles, he is passionate about HSEQ affairs.
John is responsible for producing the company business plan and overseeing and influencing the delivery, development and growth of the business aligned with the expectations of stakeholders and shareholders.

Graham McLellan - Commercial Director
Graham joined the company in 2005 as Contracts Manager and was appointed Commercial Director in 2007. He is responsible for developing the company business processes, influencing business development and for overall profitability.
Graham has 18 years industry experience holding management positions with commercial, operational and logistical responsibilities. This experience supplements the traditional responsibilities associated with his role, providing strong leadership, support and guidance to the extended management

- 1985 - Formation of Sureclean Ltd, based in Alness, Ross-shire
- 1998 - Management buy-in by current Directors
- 2004 - Opening of Aberdeen (Blackdog) facility
- 2007 - Acquisition of ex Envireneer assets
- 2007 - Opening of Aberdeen (Whitecairns) facility
- 2008 - Achieved record trading in excess of £10 million
- 2009 - Formation of Sureclean AS, opening of Stavanger (Norway) facility
