Blast Paint Facility

Located in Alness, Sureclean have a Blast Paint Facility and lay down area (2500 sq metres with air extraction system) complete with Wheel-abrator and overhead crane, capable of handling large volumes of steelwork should it be in a prefabricated or fabricated condition.

Equipped with the latest technology surface preparation can be achieved by using one of the following techniques:

• Automated Blast Unit (Wheelabrator) – Contained blast unit that uses recyclable steel shot.
• Blast Shed – Used for all forms of abrasive blasting i.e. Dry Grit Blasting, Wet (Slurry) Blasting and Quill abrasive systems.
• UHP Water Jetting – Working pressures up to 40,000psi.
• Mechanical  Cleaning
